ROKO Twister Tray for Thunder Bolt Laser (USA Only)

The ROKO Twister tray is designed to fit inside the Thunder Bolt 30-watt RF Laser with the honeycomb removed. This tray will provide additional Z clearance in order to use the Rotobolt roller rotary or the PiBurn Grip, Rotoboss Talon. This tray will also provides additional clearance for larger tumblers and cups with handles. This tray will make the Thunder Bolt Laser even more flexible in producing additional products for your customers. These Twister Trays are proudly made in the USA!

Custom features include.

Made out of sturdy H5052 Aluminum, laser Cut and Precision bent. (Videos show wooden tray that has been upgraded to .125 Aluminum.)

* Two Sets of hold down blocks (included) to secure your rotary/chuck. These blocks have a plastic topper that has an L shape to fit into the groove of the rotary main rail. Additional hold down block assemblies are available for purchase as part of this collection. 

* Alignment guides engraved on the tray for easy alignment between the tray and the X Axis, Y Axis for the Talon. This makes rotary setup very fast! 

* A third alignment block on the right-hand side of the Twister Tray for repeatable positioning of rotary/chuck head structure. 

* 4 Black 3d printed push pins are included in this package, 2 used (2 Spares). These push pins can be used instead of the carriage bolts for temporary use of the twister tray. Use the carriage bolts if you plan in permanently mounting the twister tray in the Bolt. 

You can select not only what color hold downs you prefer but whether you want a wall mount twister tray holder or not. This wall mount will provide you with a place to hang the twister tray with or without the rotary being installed. Mounting bolts are included. This is a great way to keep you twister tray and off of horizontal surfaces and the rotary properly stored.  

*Provides a total of 7” of z clearance with drop out tray removed 6.5" of z clearance with drop out tray installed. This provided 2.7" more z clearance for taller projects and larger tumblers.

*The ability to engrave handled cups or mugs when using the Rotobolt rotary, something you cannot do when the rotary is sitting on the honeycomb. The square hole in the bottom of the tray provides a window used for engraving mugs with handles. 

* Slotted adjustment ports to take advantage of using the supplied blocks for repeatable marking on larger non rotary related projects.
