The ROKO Twister tray is designed to fit inside the Thunder Nova 24 - 60 watt Laser with the honeycomb tray and black slats removed. This tray will provide additional 8.5" of Z clearance in order to use the most if not all RotoBoss, Thunder and Lens Digital Rotary's.
This Includes RotoBoss Talon, Junior, Lens Digital PiBurn v3 & 4 Roller Rotary and Piburn Grip. Thunder Rotobolt.
This tray will also provide additional clearance for larger tumblers and cups with handles and large dog bow ls up to 8" with the right rotary. If you are using the manufacturers drop down hangers and want a much faster and more secure way to use your rotary and be able to do much taller projects in your Nova 24 this tray is for you. Just remove the honeycomb and black vertical slats, drop in the twister tray and GO! These Twister Trays are proudly made in the USA!

Made out of sturdy H5052 Aluminum, laser Cut and Precision bent.
* Two Sets of hold down blocks (included) based on your specific rotary to secure your rotary/chuck. Additional hold down block assemblies are available for purchase as part of this collection.
* Alignment guides engraved on the tray for easy alignment between the tray and the X Axis, Y Axis. This makes rotary setup very fast!
* A third alignment block on the right-hand side of the Twister Tray for repeatable positioning of rotary/chuck head structure.
* Neoprene tape is provided on the underside of both the top and bottom flange to ensure there will be no movement during laser operation.
* Slotted adjustment ports to take advantage of using the supplied blocks for repeatable marking on larger non rotary related projects.
